Header Status

The Trade Show Analysis Open-Detail view report organizes your outstanding OE30 Orders and/or Quotes using the Trade Show Code on the Order Header. This view enables you to analyse and review the current open order activity against your Trade Show.

This view is:

  • Sorted by Trade Show Code.
  • Designed to filter against a Trade Show Code or group of Trade Show Codes that have outstanding open OE30 Orders/Quotes.
  • Displays one line per Order/Quote.

The Header Status field in the Search Criteria can be used to filter for Open Orders only or Quotes only or both.

  • Leave Header Status blank for both Orders and Quotes.
  • To filter for Open orders only enter <>quote.
  • To filter for Quotes only, enter quote.

The Search Results/Grid page includes only a sub-set of all of the fields available on the Trade Show Analysis Open-Detail. Additional fields are found on the Trade Show Analysis Open-Detail/Details Page.

Tip: When using this view to search for Trade Show information it is best to either enter a specific Trade Show Code or several Trade Show Codes in the Trade Show Code criteria field. You can also enter the operator “<>” in the Trade Show Code field to view all Trade Shows. If you do not enter some form of criteria in this field, all orders regardless of whether a Trade Show was applied to the order or not will be displayed in the view.

The following fields are available on the Trade Show Analysis Open-Detail view and are based on the order in which they appear in the search results grid page:

  • Company Number - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all records.

  • Trade Show Code - displays the code that is assigned to the Trade Show.

  • Trade Show Description - displays the description of the assigned to the Trade Show Code.

  • Published Document - displays a folder icon Folder. This is a link to the directory where documents about the Trade Show are stored. When you click this icon, the directory opens.

  • Start Date - displays the date on which the Trade Show started.

  • End Date - displays the date on which Trade Show ended.

  • Customer Code - displays the Customer Code entered for the order.

  • Customer Name - displays the Customer name associated with the Customer Code.

  • Account Type - displays the type of account that is reported for the row. This field displays one of the following:

    • C- Customer
    • P- Prospect

  • Total Outstanding Order Value - displays the Total Outstanding Order Value of the order.

  • Sales Order Number - displays the Sales Order number assigned to the order.

  • Order Date - displays the date on which the Sales Order was created.

  • Order Type - displays the Order Type assigned to the order.

  • Projected Close Date - displays the Projected Close Date entered in OE30/Misc for Quotes and Orders that were originally entered as Quotes.

  • Probability %-Orders - displays the value entered in the Probability %-Orders field in OE30/Misc for Quotes and Orders that were originally entered as Quotes.

  • Header Status - displays the status of the order/quote. This field displays one of the following:

    • blank – order is entered in OE30.
    • QUOTE – quote is entered in OE30.
    • PTA – order has been scheduled via OE32 or OM33.
    • PTI - invoice has been printed via IN44.
    • PTO – order has been printed via OE34 or OM33.
    • OE_LCK_operator - order/quote is open in OE30.
