Sales Pipeline Quote-Summary

The Sales Pipeline Quote-Summaryview provides summary information on Quotes entered for Prospects and/or Customers which make up the sales pipeline.

  • This view is based on the new fields on the 'Misc' folder in OE30 for Quotes entered for Prospects and Customers.

  • The information is based on the Project Close Date, Probability % and the actual value of the Quote.

  • The view is sorted by the Close Date Fiscal Year and Close Date Fiscal Period.

  • The view is subtotalled by the fiscal period associated with the Projected Close Date.

  • A grand total for all Fiscal Periods displays.

Tip: Even though the Account Manager and Sales Rep 1 fields are not displayed in the search results, you can still enter criteria in the Search Criteria section for these fields to extract the summary information either of these fields.

The following fields are available on the Sales Pipeline Quote-Summary-Summary view and are based on the order in which they appear in the search results grid page:

  • Company Number - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all records.

  • Close Date Fiscal Year - displays the Fiscal year associated with the date entered in the 'Projected Close Date' field on the quote.

  • Close Date Fiscal Period - displays the Fiscal year and month associated with the date entered in the 'Projected Close Date' field on the quote.

  • Total Outstanding Order Value - displays the summarized Total Outstanding Order Value for all quotes for the corresponding Close Date Fiscal Year/Period. This value includes quotes for both Customers and Prospects.
