The Campaign Analysis Closed-Summary GT report provides the grand total of all Invoice History activity for each Campaign Code.

• The view is sorted by the Campaign Code. This view summarizes the Shippable Order Value for each Campaign Code. A grand total for all Campaign Codes is also displayed.

Tip: When using this view to search for Campaign information it is best to either enter a specific Campaign Code or several Campaign Codes. You can also enter the operator “<>” in the Campaign Code field to view all Campaigns. If you do not enter some form of Criterion in this field all records, regardless of whether a Campaign was applied to the order or not, will be displayed in the view.

The following fields are available on the Campaign Analysis Closed-Summary GT view and are based on the order in which they appear in the search results grid page:

• Company Number - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all records.

• CRM Campaign Type - displays the type of campaign that is reported for the row.

• Campaign Code - displays the code that is assigned to the Campaign.

• Campaign Description - displays the description assigned to the Campaign Code.

• Start Date - displays the date on which the Campaign started.

• End Date - displays the date on which the Campaign ended.

• Shippable Order Value - displays the Shippable value of the order.
