Customer Not Bought Since (SU17)-Read Only/Details Page

When you click on the View Record Details icon Detail for a specific record on the Customer Not Bought Since (SU17)-Read Only Search Results Grid page, the Customer Not Bought Since-Read Only/Detail page opens for that record.

The following list defines every field on the the Customer Not Bought Since-Read Only/Details page:

  • In the Main Context section, the Company number and Customer Code display as reference information for the detail record you are viewing.

  • The Customer Information section contains the Customer Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, Province/State, Postal/Zip Code, Telephone and Fax fields.

  • The Other Information section contains the Sales Rep-Su, Date of Last Sale, Amount of Last Sale, Sales Dollars YTD, Sales Dollars LYT, Outstanding AR Balance, and Account Status fields.

Note: To edit the data in any of these fields, please use the Customer Not Bought Since (SU17)/Details page view (i.e. you cannot use the read only version of this report to edit any of the fields).
