CRM Trade Show
The CRM Trade Show view maintains the Trade Show codes that are applied Customers, Prospects and/or Leads in the following views:
- Account Trade Show - in the CRM Trade Show field.
- Lead Trade Show - in the CRM Trade Show field.
- Customer Master (SU13) - in the Initial Trade Show field.
- Customer Master (SU13) - in the Initial Trade Show field.
- Lead Master-Complete Entry - in the Initial Trade Show field.
- Lead Master-Quick Entry - in the Initial Trade Show field.
The Trade Show codes created in this view are also used for selection in Enter Orders/Quotes (OE30), Enter Inv/Direct Bills/Credits (IN41) and Enter Cash Counter Invoices (RS41) in Enterprise 6.1 and higher when the CRM module is active.
Note: The ability to create and update information in the CRM Trade Show view is controlled by the permissions (create, read, update and delete) assigned to the resource within the role. This help topic assumes that you have the appropriate permissions to create and update records in the CRM Trade Show view. For more information, see Role Master-Permissions. |
You can edit the CRM Trade Show information in either the Search Criteria/Grid page, in the grid section, or on the Details page.
The following fields are available on the CRM Trade Show view and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:
- Company - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all CRM Trade Show records. This field cannot be edited.
- Trade Show - displays a short description for the Trade Show. This field cannot be edited.
- Trade Show Description - displays a full description of the Trade Show. You can enter a maximum of 30 alpha numeric characters in this field. You can edit this field as required.
- Start Date - displays the Start Date associated with the Trade Show. You can edit this field as required.
- End Date - displays the End Date associated with the Trade Show. You can edit this field as required.
- Last Date to Order
- displays the Last Date an order is accepted for the Trade Show. You can edit this field as required.
- Address 1 - displays the first line of the address associated with the Trade Show. You can enter a maximum of 64 alpha numeric characters in this field. You can edit this field as required.
- Address 2 - displays the second line of the address associated with the Trade Show. You can enter a maximum of 30 alpha numeric characters in this field. You can edit this field as required.
- State/Province - displays the Province or State code associated with the Trade Show. You can edit this field as required.
- Address Zip/Postal Code - displays the Address Zip/Postal Code associated with the Trade Show. You can enter a maximum of 11 alpha numeric characters in this field. You can edit this field as required.
- Country - displays the Country associated with the Trade Show. You can enter a maximum of 30 characters in this field. You can edit this field as required.
- Address Map - when you click on this link, an Internet Explorer window (or new folder) automatically launches a link to the "Google Maps" website for the current address.
- Telephone Number - displays the Telephone Number associated with the Trade Show. You can enter a maximum of 20 alpha numeric characters in this field. You can edit this field as required.
- Published Document - displays the location of the Published Document(s) associated with the Trade Show. Published Documents must be stored on a network server.
- Work in Progress Document - displays the location of the the Work in Progress Document(s) associated with the Trade Show. Work in Progress Documents must be stored on a network server.
