CRM Sales Status
The CRM Sales Status view maintains Sales Status records, for example 'in process', 'assigned', 'won', etc. The CRM Sales Status records are applied to Customers, Prospects and/or Lead in the Sales Status field found on the details page of the following views:
- Customer Master (SU13)
- Customer Master (SU13)-Quick Entry
- Lead Master-Complete Entry
- Lead Master-Quick Entry
Note: The ability to create and update information in the CRM Sales Status view is controlled by the permissions (create, read, update and delete) assigned to the resource within the role. This help topic assumes that you have the appropriate permissions to create and update records in the CRM Sales Status view. For more information, see Role Master-Permissions. |
You can edit the CRM Sales Status information in either the Search Criteria/Grid page, in the grid section, or on the Details page.
The following fields are available on the CRM Sales Status and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:
- Company - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all CRM Sales Status records. This field cannot be edited.
- CRM Sales Status - displays a short description for the CRM Sales Status. This field cannot be edited.
- Sales Status Description - displays the full description of the CRM Sales Status. You can enter a maximum of 30 alpha numeric characters in length. You can edit as required.
