Lead Contact Accounts - Details Page

 When you click on the View Record Details icon Detail for a specific record on the Lead Contact Accounts Search Criteria/Results page, the Lead Contact Accounts Detail page opens for that record. The information contained on the Detail page includes many more fields than those displayed on the Search Criteria/Results page.

Note: The fields on the Details page default to the information entered in the lead contact master associated with the lead contact account. You cannot edit the fields on the Details page.

There are many sections on the Detail page of the Lead Contact Accounts. The following list defines every field in each section:

  • In the Contact Name section:

    • Contact Title - the contact title defaults to the information from the lead contact master record.

    • Contact First Name - the contact first name defaults to the information from the lead contact master record.

    • Middle Name - the contact middle name defaults to the information from the lead contact master record.

    • Contact Last Name - the contact last name defaults to the information from the lead contact master record.

    • Contact Suffix - the contact suffix defaults to the information from the lead contact master record.

    • Job Title - the job title of the contact defaults to the information from the lead contact master record.

  • In the Address section:

    • Company Name - the company name defaults to the information from the lead contact master record.

    • Address 1 - the street and number defaults to the information from the lead contact master record.

    • Address City - the city or town defaults to the information from the lead contact master record.

    • State/Province - the State or Province defaults to the information from the lead contact master record.

    • Address Zip/Postal Code - the Postal Code or Zip Code defaults to the information from the lead contact master record.

    • Country - the country defaults to the information from the lead contact master record.

  • In the Telephone Numbers section:

    • Telephone Number - the telephone number defaults to the information from the lead contact master record.

    • Extension Number - the telephone extension number defaults to the information from the lead contact master record.

    • Fax Number - the fax number defaults to the information from the lead contact master record.

    • Cellular Number - the cell number defaults to the information from the lead contact master record.

  • In the Internet/Intranet Addresses section:

    • Email Address - the email address defaults to the information from the lead contact master record.

    • Web Address - the web address defaults to the information from the lead contact master record.

    • UNC Client to Document Folder - the path to a customer related directory where files pertaining to this customer may exist on your network defaults to the information from the lead contact master record.

    • Intranet - the intranet defaults to the information from the lead contact master record.

  • In the System section, the fields are available for information purposes only and cannot be edit::

    • Creator - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when the lead contact account record was created.

    • Date/Time Created - displays the date and time at which the lead contact account record was created.

    • Modifier - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when the lead contact account record was last updated.

    • Last Change - displays the date and time at which the lead contact account record was last updated.
