CRM Campaign Manager
The CRM Campaign Manager view maintains the Campaign Managers that are applied to campaigns created in the CRM Campaign view.
- The relationship built between the CRM Campaign and CRM Campaign Manager view is automatically carried forward.
- For example, the CRM Campaign code is assigned to a Customer/Prospect in the Account Campaign view or to a Lead in the Lead Campaign view.
- The Campaign Manager that is associated with the CRM Campaign code automatically displays in the Account Campaign and Lead Campaign views.
Note: The ability to create and update information in the CRM Campaign Manager view is controlled by the permissions (create, read, update and delete) assigned to the resource within the role. This help topic assumes that you have the appropriate permissions to create and update records in the CRM Campaign Manager view. For more information, see Role Master-Permissions. |
You can edit the CRM Campaign Manager information in either the Search Criteria/Grid page, in the grid section, or on the Details page.
