Case Activity Notes-Review-Details Page

 
The Case Activity Notes-Review view displays a listing of Case Activity Notes. The information contained in this view is for information purposes only and cannot be edited.

  • Case Activity Notes are created through the Case Activity view.

  • The Case Activity Notes-Review view allows you to access the Case Activity Notes from the menu without going through the Case Activity view.

The following fields are available on the Case Activity Notes - Review view and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:

Note: You cannot edit any of the fields on the Search Criteria/Grid page or on the Details page.

  • Company - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all Case Activity Note records.

  • Case Number - displays the Case Number associated with the case activity record for which the note is being created.

  • Customer Code - displays the Customer Code assigned to the case activity.

  • Customer Name - displays the full Customer Name associated with the customer code.

  • Note Number - displays the Note Number assigned when the case activity note was created.

  • CRM Note Category - displays the Note Category assigned to the case activity note.

  • Note Text - displays a portion of the detailed text entered for the case activity.

Case Activity Notes-Review - Details Page

When you click on the View Record Details icon Detail for a specific record on the Activity Note - Review Search Results/Grid page, the Case Activity Notes - Review Detail page opens for that record.

Note: You cannot edit any of the fields on the Details page.

The following list defines every field in the Details page:

  • In the Main Context section, the Company Number, Case Number, Activity Key and Note Number display as reference information for the detail record you are viewing.

  • In the General section:

    • CRM Note Category - displays the CRM Note Category entered when the case activity note was created.

    • Note Text - displays the Note Text entered for the case activity.

  • In the System section:

    • Creator - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when the record was created.

    • Date/Time Created - displays the date and time at which the record was created.

    • Modifier - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when this record was last updated.

    • Last Change - displays the date and time at which the record was last updated.
