Troubleshooting Quick Links

Here are some common Quick Link issues:

  • When I use the Quick Link feature in PointForce Enterprise, I get the following message when the view opens in iTopia:

    In some cases, a user ID will not have the correct permissions for a resource (or view) in iTopia. For more information on setting up permissions for a resource within a role, see the Role Master-Permission topic.

  • When I try to use the Quick Link feature, I get an Internet Explorer page with "Page not found" message.
    This indicates that there is an issue that must be addressed by the Tecsys Support department. Please contact SMB Support at smbsupport@tecsys.com.
