The Licensing Details is a table (meta_ums_license_information) in the System Monitor module of iTopia. This view is used to review the:

• Purchased iTopia licenses.
• Purchased iTopia features.

In the Main Context section of this view, the following information displays:

• Company Name - your company name.

• Location - your location.

• Expiry Date - the iTopia expiry date.

• Features - a list of iTopia programs purchased (in some cases, this list is made up of programs previously purchased for Pointforce Enterprise that have been ported to the iTopia environment).

• Locales - lists the locale(s) associated with iTopia.

In the lower section of the page, embedded list displays the following:

• Application – this is a list of the available Applications. This list contains etrac, iBIS, meta and tms. The iBIS and meta applications are part of the base package for iTopia. Etrac and tms are applications that may be purchased.

• License Type – there are three licenses types available for all applications:
  • Full – full access to the application subject to the assigned user/role level.
  • Read Only – read only access to the application.
  • Web_services – access to the 'Edit with Excel' feature.

  Licenses are applied to users through the User Master - License view.

• Number of Users - the following fields pertain to the Number of Users:
  • Current - displays the number of licenses currently assigned to users for the adjacent application.

  • Maximum – displays the total number of purchased licenses for the adjacent application.
