File System
The File System is a table (meta_file_system) in the System Monitor module of iTopia.
Note: The File System view is designed for use by TECSYS staff only. We do not recommend that you use this view unless you are working with a member of the TECSYS staff.
The File System view is used to locate the following files on the server where iTopia resides:
- Shared (sh)
- Batch (bat)
- Java Archive (jar)
- Backup (bak)
- Configuration (conf)
- Executable (exe)
The following fields are available on the File System view and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:
- Icon - displays the icon for Batch (bat) files and the icon for Java Archive (jar) files.
- File Name - displays the name File Name.
- Size - displays the size of the file.
- Type - displays the type of the file.
- Is Directory - displays 'false' or 'true' to indicate whether the file name is a directory or a file. 'False' indicates a file and 'true' indicates the file name is a directory.
- Modification Date and Time - displays the last date and time the file was modified.

When you click on the File System Details icon for a specific record on the File System Search/Criteria Grid page, the File System Detail page opens for that record.
The following list defines every field on the Details page:
- In the Main Context section, the Full Path displays as reference information for the detail record you are viewing.
- Folder Name - displays the folder name in which the file is located.
- File Name - displays the name File Name.
- Size - displays the size of the file.
- Type - displays the type of the file.
- Icon - displays the icon for Batch (bat) files or the icon for Java Archive (jar) files.
- Is Directory - displays 'false' or 'true' to indicate whether the file name is a directory or a file. 'False' indicates a file and 'true' indicates the file name is a directory.
- Modification Date and Time - displays the last date and time the file was modified.
