Pipeline Quotes-Detail
 
  
The  Pipeline Quotes-Detail view provides detailed information on Quotes entered for Prospects and/or Customers which make up the sales pipeline. This view was designed to assist you in managing all outstanding quotes with pertinent search criteria, including Projected Close Date.
 
	 
		- This view is based on the new fields on the 'Misc' folder in OE30 for Quotes entered for Prospects and Customers. 
		
		  - The information is based on the Projected Close Date, Probability % and the actual value of the Quote.
		
		  - The view is sorted by the fiscal period associated with the Projected Close Date.
		
		  - Subtotals for the Total Outstanding Order Value are displayed for each Close Date Fiscal Period and Close Date Fiscal Year.
		
		  - A grand total displays for all Close Date Fiscal Years.
  
  
Note: If you run this report and find that there is an absence of data, the most likely cause is one of following options:
 
	 
		- Data was not entered in Enter Orders/Quotes(OE30)/Misc for the Projected Close Date and/or Probability %-Order for Quotes fields.
		
 - Data was not entered in Enter Orders/Quotes(OE30)/General for the Campaign Code and/or Trade Show Code fields.
		
 - Data was not entered in the Customer Master(SU13) in the Sales Stage field for the Customer/Prospect.
	
  
The following fields are available on the Pipeline Quotes-Detail view and are based on the order in which they appear in the search results grid page: 
 
	 
		- Company Number - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all records.		
		
	    - Close Date Fiscal Year - displays the Fiscal year associated with the date entered in the 'Projected Close Date' field on the quote.
		
      - Close Date Fiscal Period - displays the Fiscal year and month associated with the date entered in the 'Projected Close Date' field on the quote.
    
      - Customer Code - displays the Customer Code entered for the quote.
    
      - Customer Name - displays the Customer/Prospect name associated with the Customer Code.
    
         
      - Account Type - displays the type of account that is reported for the row. This field displays one of the following:
    
      
       - C - Customer
       
 - P - Prospect
     
  
    
      - Sales Order Number - displays the Sales Order number assigned to the quote.
		
      - Order Date - displays the order date associated with the quote.
		
			
      - Sales Stage - displays the Sales Stage assigned to the customer/prospect.
    
      - Projected Close Date - displays the Projected Close Date entered in OE30/Misc for Quotes.
		
			
      - Probability %-Orders - displays the value entered in the Probability %-Orders field in OE30/Misc for the quote.
    
      - Total Outstanding Order Value
 - displays the Total Outstanding Value for the quote.
    
      - Campaign Code - displays the Campaign Code assigned to the quote in OE30, if applicable.
    
      - Trade Show Code - displays the Trade Show Code assigned to the quote in OE30, if applicable.
