Purge Converted RMA's (IN88)

The Purge Converted RMAs (IN88) program purges RMAs that have been converted to Credit Notes, Invoices or Sales Orders up to and including the purge date entered. Note: RMAs that have no detail lines with a date prior to or equal to the purge date entered are also purged by IN88.

The following list defines the fields on IN88:

• Last purge date - the date the last Purge was run displays.

• Purged up to - displays the date up to which RMA records were previously purged by IN88.

• Purge Date (Up to and Including) - enter or select from the query the date up to (and including) which RMA records will be purged by IN88.

Button Label	Icon	Functionality
Start		Starts the Purge Converted RMA routine. Once the Purge is complete, the following message displays: "# RMA(s) were PURGED!! OK".
