Display RMAs (IN46)

The Display RMAs (IN46) is a 'display' version of the RMA. RMAs are entered in Return Merchandise Authorization (IN67) and are viewed in IN46.

The following list defines every field in IN46:

  • RMA No. - enter or select from the query an RMA number. Once the RMA is entered, the fields in IN46 automatically populate with information from the RMA.

  • Customer Name and Address - the Customer Name and Address from the RMA display.

  • Returned From - if either an Alternate Ship To Address or a Manual Return From Address was entered in IN67, then the Address displays here; otherwise this section remains blank.

    • Ship To Addresses are defined in Maintain Ship To Addresses (SU14).

  • Customer - the Customer code from the RMA displays.

  • Ship To - the Ship To code entered on the RMA displays. If the same Return From Address was used in IN67, this field displays 'Same'; if a manual Address was used, this field displays 'Manual'; if an alternate Ship To code was used, this field displays code used.

  • Warehouse - the Warehouse from the RMA displays.

  • Return Date - the Return Date entered on the RMA displays.

  • Ship Via - the Ship Via entered on the RMA displays.

  • RMA Reference - the RMA Reference entered on the RMA displays (if applicable).

  • Freight Terms - the Freight Terms entered on the RMA display.

  • Store - the Store entered on the RMA displays (if applicable).

  • Department - the Department entered on the RMA displays (if applicable).

  • RMA Amount - the total of the RMA from IN67 displays.

  • The List Box includes the following columns of information:

    • Product
    • Description
    • Quantity
    • Price
    • Per
    • Discount
    • Extension
    • Status
    • TAT
    • Reason
    • Line

The following table outlines the functionality of the button on IN46:

Button Label Icon Functionality
Lot/Serial Lot/Serial Opens the Lot/Serial Details window. This window verifies the Lot/Serial information from the RMA. The following fields display information (as applicable to the RMA): Bin/Loc, Mfg. Lot, Production Lot, Serial Number, Quantity. Verify the information is correct and click OK to return to IN46.
