Form/UDF Folder (IM82)

The following list defines every field on the Form/UDF folder:

• Photo Quote Form - enter or select from the query the Photo Quote Form that will be applied to the Product Sheet entered in the header section. Photo Quote Forms are defined in Maintain Photo Quote Forms (IM81). Photo Quote Forms define the mappings of the fields to the appropriate Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

• Customer - enter or select from the query a Customer code. The Customer code is used to retrieve customer information from the customer master and to calculate customer specific pricing.

• Price List - enter or select from the query the price list to be used to retrieve the prices.

• Prepared by - defaults to the operator id currently logged into PointForce Enterprise.

• Date Prepared - defaults to the date on which the Product Sheet Reference was created or last updated.

• Expiry Date - this is an optional field that prints on the Product Information Sheet if mapped in IM81.

• User Defined Fields - this section displays only if User Defined Fields are defined in UD06.
