IM82 - Menu Options:
The Generator Product Information Sheets (IM82) program offers 2 menu options, located at the top of each folder in IM82. Each menu option contains various items.The following list defines the contents of each menu:
- GoTo - the GoTo menu offers the following options:
- Configuration - use this option to quickly switch to Define Photo Quote Directories (IM80) to configure the system, i.e. to enter the default path to store the Photo quotes that you create.
- Maintenance - use this option to quickly switch to Maintain Photo Quote Forms (IM81) to design a new photo quote form and map the data.
- User Defined Panel Definition (UD06) - use this option to switch to User Defined Panel Definition-Product Sheet (UD06) to add the user defined fields created in UD05 to the Generate Photo Quote screen (IM82). For more information on UD06, click here.
- Configuration - use this option to quickly switch to Define Photo Quote Directories (IM80) to configure the system, i.e. to enter the default path to store the Photo quotes that you create.
- Tools - the Tools menu offers the following options:
- Select Products - used this option to select products from the database to print on the photo quote. This option opens the Select Expert-Inventory Master window. In the first field, select a search criteria from the drop-down list, for example you can enter Product or Nominal Supplier (primary supplier). In the second field, select a comparison from the drop-down list, for example you can select 'starts with'. If applicable, a third field becomes available for you to enter the value to compare the search criteria to, for example you can enter 'C' to produce a list of all Products (or Nominal Suppliers) that begin with the letter 'C'. When you click on the Go button, the list of Products that match your criteria automatically display in the list box on the Products folder of IM82.
- Copy from Order - the Import Products from Order window opens allowing you to select the order number and specific lines you want copied into the quote sheet. If you want the prices on the order to be imported you must select the 'Import Prices from Order' checkbox. In addition, the quote form you are using must be set up to accept Override Prices versus List Prices. You can copy multiple orders into one Photo Quote form.
