Generator Product Information Sheets (IM82)
Product Information SheetTaking the Photo Quote Form created in IM81 and transferring data from the Database into the cells defined in the Form for the specified products generated the Product Information Sheet. Generate Product Information Sheets (IM82) Product Sheet ReferenceA user defined code up to 32 characters in length. Click to start the generation of the Quote sheet after you have entered the products and customer information. Excel will open automatically to display the photo quote sheet during the generation process. Defaults from the Photo Quote Form. It is used to retrieve customer information from the customer master and used to calculate customer specific pricing.
ConfigurationUse this option to quickly switch to IM80 to configure the system, i.e. to enter the default path to store the Photo quotes that you create.MaintenanceUse this option to quickly switch to IM81 to design a new photo quote form and map the data .User Defined Panel Definition (UD06)Use this option to switch to UD06 Maintain User Defined Fields - Product Sheet to add the user defined fields created in UD05 to the Generate Photo Quote screen (IM82)
RowEnter the row number where the User Defined Fields created in IM81-UD05 will appear on the IM82 screen.ColumnEnter the column number where you want this user defined field to appear in relation to the other user defined fields.Field NameSelect the user defined field for the list box. Click on the Update folder to save. Use the Move column to the left or right keys to arrange the fields after they have been added to the sheet.PreviewThe preview panel at the bottom of the screen lets you see how these user defined fields will look on the IM82 screen.Re-Build PanelsHit the re- build panels icon to rebuild the screen.Tools for IM82
Select ProductsUsed to select products from the database to print on the photo quote. Enter the Search Criteria i.e. Supplier code, then enter the comparison i.e. starts with and then enter the Value to compare the search criteria. i.e . CARSUP
Copy from OrderThe following screen will open and allow you to select the order number and which lines you want copied into the quote sheet. If you want the prices on the order to be imported you need to indicate this by checking the checkbox. Also the quote form you are using needs to be set up to accept override prices versus list prices. You can copy multiple orders into one Photo Quote form. |
