IM22 Log

When the Quantity Break Code (QBC) is changed for a Product on a Master Price List in Maintain Future Price Lists (IM21), the change will affect the same Product on any other Price List when the Pricing Method is Discount Off Master or Master Price Multiplier.

  • When this occurs, a Log file is created when IM22 runs. A message displays when IM22 has completed the transfer: "Problems were encountered during the transfer process. Read the log file to review them. OK". Click OK.

  • To open the Log file, click on Log from the menu and then select Print. The Printer Selection window opens. Select the printer to which you want to print the Log.

  • The Log includes the Product(s) and list of Price Lists affected by the change to the Master Price List. The date and time of the change are identified in the Log. The Old QBC and the New QBC are also identified in the Log.

  • On the Report Complete screen, click OK to accept the Log or if problems occurred during the printing of the Log, click Restart. You can restart the Log from the beginning.

  • The following message displays: "Purge the Transfer Future Pricing Log? Yes/No".
    • Selecting No keeps the information in the Log file. You can view the Log as the data remains in the file.
    • Selecting Yes removes all of the information from the Log file.
