Catalogues

You can list the page number on which the product appears in up to 3 catalogues. The reference to the catalogue page can assist both sales staff and clients. The Inventory Price Book Print program (IC84) prints, groups and sorts by catalogue page number.

  • Enter the page number in the Primary Catalogue Page Number, Secondary Catalogue Page Number and 3rd Catalogue Page fields, as required. Note: During order entry, you can search for a product using the primary catalogue page number field.

  • Enter or select from the look up a corresponding catalogue code in the Catalogue field.

  • These are optional fields.

  • The Product Catalogue Page Number Reset (IM63) module allows you to clear the contents of the Primary, Secondary and Third fields to prepare for the entry of a new catalogue. If you produce annual catalogues, the Product Catalogue Page Number Reset program can transfer the Third page to the Secondary, and the Secondary to the Primary, clearing the Third page for a new catalogue.
