Maintain Inventory Master (IM13)

The Maintain Inventory Master (IM13) module contains detailed information on the products kept in your inventory. The information stored here is used by other modules in Enterprise, including Inventory Control, Order Entry, Invoicing, Physical Inventory, Purchasing, and Retail Sales.

The IM13 screen is broken into sections:

• Header record which identifies the Product Code and Description of the product for which all of the details are being entered.

• Ten (10) folders of Product information:
  • Stock folder
  • Selling folder
  • Pricing folder
  • Warehouse folder
  • Miscellaneous folder
  • Reference folder
  • Custom folder
  • Three (3) User Defined Folders (UDF)
