Package Designs (IM09)

Package Designs are defined in IM09 and are assigned to products in Maintain Inventory Master (IM13). You may stock various products with a Floral design on the packaging; with this code, you can easily identify all products with the floral packaging.

1. Enter a code in the Package Design field. This code can be a maximum of 10 characters in length. You may use an alpha-numeric combination.

2. Enter a description of the Package Design in the Description field. The description can be a maximum of 30 characters in length.

3. Click Submit to add this code to the system.

The following table outlines the functionality of each button on the Package Designs folder:

Button Label	Icon	Functionality
Submit		Saves the information entered for the current package design.
Delete		Deletes the current package design. Note: You cannot delete a package design if the code is assigned to a product in IM13.
Clear		All fields on this folder clear and you can begin adding a new package design record.
