Inventory Aging Group (IM09)
The Inventory Aging Group defined in IM09 is used to create codes that represent the inventory aging analysis structure as defined by the inventory aging periods which are used to age your inventory.
- The Inventory Aging Group is used in conjunction with the Inventory Aging Period (IM09/Inventory Aging Period) program which assigns the periods to each analysis group code defined here.
- These two programs are then utilized by Generate Inventory Table (IC61). IC61 ages your inventory based on the periods defined in IM09 and the output is available in view format in PointForce iTopia (IC61). In iTopia, you have several views available to you that represent your aged inventory.
