Overview of Product Price Lists
The Product Price Lists (ibis_icpl.im18) view (IM18) program allows you to create multiple price lists. These price lists are used to determine the best price for products entered on sales orders. A base or master price List is created that stores your regular list prices by product. You have the ability to create multiple master price lists. For example, US versus Canadian prices or Wholesale versus Retail prices. Additional price lists, containing the exception pricing, are created and linked to a master price list. This is necessary if the exception price is calculated using pricing method 'Discount off Master Price' or 'Master Price Multiplier' which apply a rate to one of your list prices. These price lists must be in the same currency as the master price list. The different Price List types are:

Customers are linked to a master price list and to any exception price lists that they are eligible for in the Customers (ibis_sucu.su13_customer_master).
