S2-Sales By Month (IC45)

1. The S2 folder automatically displays Sales related information for the current Product. There are 5 fields listed above the list box:
   • Commodity - the code used made up of the Product Line and Product Group assigned to the Product in Products (IM13). The Product Line and Product Group descriptions display automatically.

   • Primary Supplier and Supplier Name

2. The list box automatically displays Sales statistics for the current Product. The following list defines each column in the list box:
   • Period - the 12 month period displays.

   • Current Year Units - the monthly unit Sales for the current year.

   • Previous Year Units - the monthly unit Sales for the previous year.

   • Current Year Dollars - the monthly Sales dollar figure for the current year.

   • Previous Year Dollars - the monthly Sales dollar figure for the previous year.

3. The list box includes a Total row for each column.
