Troubleshooting IC51:

Here is one common issue:

  • IC51 cannot be run if WM33 is open:
    If you are working with Elite WMS or Accellos as your warehouse management system, then IC51 cannot be run when Elite WMS Upload Transaction Processor (WM33) is processing or open.

    If WM33 is open and you attempt to run IC51, the following error message displays: "Locked out by the following Tasks Running WM33.xxxx. Terminal: xxxx at device XXXXXX for user/machine (user/machine name displays). OK".

    • Before you run IC51, you must stop and close WM33.

    • You can now run IC51. Adjustments processed through Elite WMS and entries made in IC50 are reported in IC51.

    • When the report is accepted, you must restart WM33 in order to process the transactions from PFE to Elite WMS.
