Troubleshooting C1-Purchase Orders

Here are a number of common issues:

  • Why doesn't the 'In-Transit ETA' date match the 'Exp Date' in PO60?
    You must ensure that the batch in PO60 has been updated by clicking on the Update Batch button. Once the batch is updated to the 'live' files in PO60, the 'In-Transit ETA' date will be the same as the 'Exp Date'.
