S3 - Customer Sales (IC45)

The S3 - Sales By Customer from Invoices folder displays Sales by Customer for the Product selected in the Header section.

  1. To have information appear on this folder, select the Sales Since date and Sales Until date from the query associated with each field. The last Invoice History purge date is displayed below the list box.

  2. To have information displayed for all Warehouses, select the All Warehouses? checkbox. If this checkbox is not selected, only information for the current Warehouse displays.

  3. Click Start to display the information.

  4. To view the information in the list box for a specific Customer, or to list the lines in the list box from a specific customer, enter the Customer code in the Start at Customer field above the list box. The list will begin with the Customer code entered. For more information on the icons associated with the Start at Customer field, click here.

  5. The list box automatically displays the Invoice History for the current Product. The following list defines each column in the list box:

    • Customer Code

    • Customer Name

    • Unit Sales - for the period specified in the Sales Since and Sales Until dates.

    • Dollar Sales - for the period specified.

    • Date of Last Purchase

      Note: This information is current as of the update of Schedule Invoices/Credits (IN43).

  6. To view address information for a Customer, highlight the Customer in the list box and the address information automatically displays in the second list box.
