Warehouse Forecast List Print (IC24)

The Print Warehouse Forecast Edit (IC24) program prints and/or updates the remote warehouse inventory masters for recalculated transfer forecasts and criteria.

IC24 is run after the Recalculate Warehouse Forecast (IC23) is complete. Note: If you have not run IC23, the following message displays: "Edit file does not exist! You must run option IC23. OK". When you click OK, both the message window and IC24 close.

To run IC24:

1. If IC23 has been run, the following message displays when you execute IC24: "Do you wish to print the report before the update? Yes/No". Printing IC24 is optional. (Many users choose to update directly without printing this report.)
   • If you select No to bypass printing the report, go to the next step.

   • If you select Yes to print the report before the update, the Printer Selection screen automatically opens. Select the device destination and click OK.

   • The Report Complete screen opens when the report is generated. Enter the Acceptance Codes to accept the report (if applicable), click OK to complete the printing of the report, or click Abort to cancel the report.

2. The following message displays: "Do you wish to update to Inventory Master? Yes/No". Updating the Inventory Master is optional.
   • If you select Yes, the Monthly Forecast field in Maintain Inventory Master (IM13/Warehouse) will be updated with the newly calculated value, and IC24 automatically closes.

   • If you select No, IC24 closes without updating IM13.
