G/L Future Period Financial Print (GL76)

The Print Financial Reports (GL76) allows you to print all of the reports generated via Generate Financial Reports (GL75). GL76 accesses the data generated in the Work file from Prepare Work Files (GL72). GL76 works exactly like Print Financial Reports (GL52), except that GL52 uses Live system files and GL76 uses the Work file and GL76 will only report up to the period specified in the GL72 file generation routine.

  1. The Printer Selection screen automatically opens. Select the device destination and click OK.

    • Note: If the temporary file is empty, i.e. you still must run GL75, then the following message displays: "Report File is Empty. OK". Click OK to accept the message and GL76 automatically closes. In this case, you must generate the report(s) in GL75 before you can print the report(s) in GL76.

  2. The Report(s) are automatically printed to the selected device.

  3. The Report Complete screen opens when the report is generated. Enter the Acceptance Codes to accept the report (if applicable), click Restart to restart the printing of the report, or click Abort to cancel the report.
