MyFax Overview

The Forms eXpress module is an option module that allows you to configure Enterprise with the ability to send documents to clients through a Fax or E-mail device.

In addition to batch Faxing, users can batch E-mail POs, Invoices, Statements or any printable report. Customer default E-mail addresses can be assigned in the Maintain Customer Master (SU13) for use in sending Invoices and Statements, and the existing Supplier E-mail address assigned in Maintain Supplier Master (PO11), is used for PO submissions.

Default E-mail messages can be assigned to various forms such as invoices and statements through Maintain Default Messages (FX09).

To use this software, each user requiring E-mail functionality must have a licensed copy of Win2PDF.
