Maintain Fax Attachments (FX03)

The Maintain Fax Attachments (FX03) program manages a registry of valid Fax Attachments that are stored in the fax gateway. Enterprise sends the Attachment name to the fax gateway for processing when it is specified in one of the following ways:

• As an Attachment to be used by the Maintain Documents Options (FX04).

• In the absence of a record in FX04, a record is used as an optional Default Attachment to use with a Fax Device.

• By the user manually.

The following list defines every field on FX03:

• Attachment - enter or select from the query an Attachment name. Note: An Attachment name in Enterprise must match the name of a Attachment in the fax gateway.

• Description - enter a Description of the attachment. You can enter a maximum of 50 alpha numeric characters in this field. This field is used for information purposes only and is used to assist users in selecting the correct attachment.
