Maintain Fax Cover Pages (FX02)

The Maintain Fax Cover Pages (FX02) program manages a registry of valid Cover Pages that are stored in the fax gateway. Enterprise sends the Cover Page name to the fax gateway for processing when it is specified in one of the following ways:

• As the Cover Page to be used by the Maintain Documents Options (FX04).

• In the absence of a record in FX04, a record is used as an optional Default Cover Page to use with a Fax Device.

• By the user manually.

The following list defines every field on FX02:

• Cover Page - enter or select from the query a Cover Page name. Note: The Cover Page name in Enterprise must match the name of a cover page in the fax gateway.

• Description - enter up to 50 characters as the Description. This field is for information purposes only and is used to assist users in selecting the correct cover page.

The following table outlines the functionality of each button on FX02:
