Send Outbound Sales Catalog (EI66)

The Sent Outbound Sales Catalog (EI66) program sends the catalog (832) via the VAN, and the customer can download the catalog to their site from the VAN.

The following list defines the steps involved in running EI66:

1. The Trading Partners screen automatically opens. Select a Trading Partner and press Enter, or double click on the Trading Partner.

2. The following message displays: "Do you wish to start this update. Yes/No". Select No to cancel the request and close EI66; select Yes to begin the update.

3. The outbound catalog (832) has been exported to ProEDI and is ready to be transmitted through Download/Upload EDI Documents (EI20).
