Products (EC21)

The Product folder in the Maintain Favourites (EC21) program allows you to maintain products in the Favourites List entered in the header section.

The following list defines every field on the Products folder:

• Line - this field is used an internal identifier for the Product line. Leave this field blank and the system automatically assigns the next number in sequence to each line being created.

• Product - enter or select from the query a Product to be added to the Favourites List. Products are maintained in the Maintain Inventory Master (IM13) program.

• Quantity - enter the quantity normally ordered. The quantity entered here appears on the Favourites List for the product on the e-Commerce web site. You can override this value on the web site.

• Sort - this is an optional field. The sort list determines the order in which the products display in the Favourites List on the web site. We recommend that you leave a gap between the numbers so that you can insert additional products as required. For example, enter 0001, 0005, 0010, 0015, 0020.

• Comment - this is an optional field. Enter a comment that you want to display on the web site with this product. You can enter a maximum of 128 characters in this field.
  • For example, you can use the comment field to enter a reminder of why, when or for whom you order the product.

• List Box - displays a list of products (and associated details) on the current Favourites List.
