EC05/Copy Page Option

The Copy Page option is found under the Tools menu on all of the folders in EC05.

The following list outlines the steps required to copy all of the details of one page template to a new page template with a different name:

  1. From the Tools menu, select the 'Copy Page' option.

  2. The Copy HTML Page window opens:

    • The Copy Page From field defaults to currently selected HTML Page record. You can enter or select from the query a different page template.

    • In the To Page field, enter the new name for the page template.

    • Click Copy.

    • The 'Copy Successful' window displays. Click OK to close the confirmation window.

    • To close the Copy Page window, click on the 'X' in the upper right hand corner.

  3. When you return to EC05, the new record is available. All of the information from the original record is available on all of the folders in EC05, and the new page is automatically flagged as active.
