Mailing Attention Codes (SU09_SUMAT)
The Mailing Attention Codes (ibis_sumat) view allows you to define the attention codes that are assigned to customers or prospects in the Customer Attention Master (SU18) (ibis_suma) view. Attention codes can be used on mailing labels.
The following mailing attention codes are predefined in PointForce and cannot be deleted at any time, however, the mailing attention titles can be modified as required:
- 1 - Accounts Payable
- 2 - Purchasing
- 3 - President
Note: The ability to create and update information in Mailing Attention Codes (ibis_sumat) is controlled by the permissions (create, read, update and delete) assigned to the resource within the role. This help topic assumes that you have the appropriate permissions to create and update records in Mailing Attention Codes. For more information, see Role Master-Permissions. |
