Customers Not Bought Since (SUCU.SU17)

The Customer Not Bought Since (ibis_sucu.su17_cust_not_bought_since) resource is used to create a list of all customers who have not bought since a specified date. Once this list has been created, you can change the customer status of all customers as required using the update field special action.

• The customer status field includes the following options:
  • A - Current and Active
  • H - Customer on Hold
  • D - Ready to Delete
  • P - Pending Credit Status

The Customer Not Bought Since resource shares the same base table (ibis_sucu) as the Customers resource. Therefore, a list of all of the fields available in the Customer Not Bought Since table, can be found in the Customers topic.
