The S6 - Customer/Product panel in Customer Consolidated Inquiries (ibis_su45) displays dollar and unit sales information represented in various detail levels for the customer in the Header Section.
The following list defines every field on the Customer/Product panel:
- Detail Level - from the drop list, select a detail level. Valid options include:
- Total - summarizes all information on a single line for ALL products. This total is displayed as a single line of data, and all column headings represents the company totals up to the period number as selected in the Up To Period selector. This is the default detail level.
- Product Line - displays the accumulated data for each product line up to the period selected in the Up To Period field.
- Product Group - displays the accumulated data for each product group up to the period selected in the Up To Period field.
- Product - displays data for each product up to the period selected in the Up To Period field.
- Up to Period - from the drop list, select the fiscal period up to which the data is accumulated. The list only includes the current sales analysis period as defined in S/A Fiscal Sales Period Close (ibis_sa89). The next period or any future periods are not available.
- The range of periods begins with the current period and continues back for the previous 23 periods, allowing you to select from 24 periods. The current sales analysis period is the default period.
- Print - click on the Print icon to print the information currently displayed in the panel. For example, if the current panel displays 50 items, but there are 100 items in the list, only the 50 items currently displayed on the panel print.
- The 'Detail Level' and 'Up to Period' settings are headings on the report.

- In the List Box, there are 9 columns of information:
- Code
- Description
- Sales MTD - displays the month-to-date dollar sales for the period selected in the 'Up To Period' field.
- GM% - displays the calculated gross margin percentage based on the current month-to-date sales figures. The GM% uses the current replacement cost. If you are not authorized to view costs based on the 'Display Cost' setting in Operator Passwords and Privileges (ibis_cc03) then this column is blank.
- Sales YTD - displays the year-to-date dollar sales for all periods in the current year including, but not exceeding, the period defined in the 'Up To Period' field. The year is based on the fiscal year defined in Fiscal Date Entry (ibis_cc90), and not the calendar year.
- GM% - displays the calculated gross margin percentage based on the current year-to-date sales figures. The GM% uses the current replacement cost. If you are not authorized to view costs based on the 'Display Cost' setting in CC03 then this column is blank.
- Sales NXMTD - displays the month-to-date dollar sales for the Next
period. Next is defined as the period following the period entered in the 'Up To Period' field. If the current period is period 11, and the 'Up To Period' is defined as period 9, then the NXMTD period is period 10.
- Sales LYTD - displays the year-to-date sales for Last Year for all periods last year, including but not exceeding, the period entered 'Up To Period' field. The year is based on the fiscal year defined in CC90, and not the calendar year.
- Sales LYT - displays the total dollar sales for Last Year. The year is based on the fiscal year defined in CC90, and not the calendar year.
- +/-% - displays the calculated increase or decrease percentage based on sales month-to-date compared with sales last year month-to-date.
- Units MTD - displays the month-to-date unit sales for the period selected in the 'Up To Period' field.
- Units YTD - displays the year-to-date unit sales for all periods in the current year including, but not exceeding, the period entered in the 'Up To Period' field. The year is based on the fiscal year defined in CC90, and not the calendar year.
- Units NXMTD - displays the month-to-date unit sales for the Next period. Next is defined as the period following the period entered in the 'Up To Period' field. For example, if the current period is period 11, but the 'Up To Period' is defined as period 9, then the NXMTD period is period 10.
- Units LYTD - displays the year-to-date unit sales for Last Year for all periods last year including, but not exceeding, the period entered in the 'Up To Period' field.
- Units LYT - displays the total unit sales for Last Year.
- +/-% - displays the calculated increase or decrease percentage based on units month-to-date compared with units last year month-to-date.
