Customer Contact Accounts (SU20)

The Customer Contact Accounts (ibis_su20) program is used to set up customer contacts and apply the contacts to mailing list for use in the Customer Mailing Lists (ibis_su21) program. Each contact is uniquely identified by the customer code plus a contact code and each customer can have multiple contacts.

• This combination is used by PointForce when creating references between the contact record and various other systems such as SU21 and Customer Master (ibis_sucu.su13) (when selecting a contact to e-mail for statements and invoices).
