Menu Items on Billing Entry (CT40)

The Billing Entry (CT40) program offers 2 menu items on the menu bar found at the top of the window:

  1. The Goto menu:

    • Sales Office - when selected, the Select Sales Office window opens. You can select an alternate Sales office with which to generate contract billing records.

    • Contract Maintenance – when selected, the Contract Maintenance (CT30) program automatically opens re-calling the contract currently being displayed in Billing Entry (CT40). You must have a contract selected in the header section of CT40 before this option will work.

  2. The Review menu:

    • Unapproved Billing - when selected, this option is used to display only records that have not been approved. This is the default setting.

    • All Billings - when selected, this option is used to display all records both approved and unapproved.
