PM Program (CT11)
The PM Program (CT11) program is used to set up frequently occurring Preventative Maintenance schedules based on a frequency in months or days. When contracts are set up in Contract Maintenance (CT30), a preventative maintenance schedule can be set up in the PM Program folder.
- A pre-defined PM Program code is not required to set up the PM schedule on the contract. The PM Program codes are intended to help standardize PM schedules and speed up the contract creation process. If the Service (SE) module is installed at your site, a service call entered against a contract with a PM schedule will display the PM Program code in the Contract Info box of Enter Service Calls (SE30).
