Lead Notes - Consolidated (V_CRMLEADNOTES)

 
The Lead Notes – Consolidated view allows you to view ALL notes for the Lead in one location. This view provides you with Note details on your Leads in one view. Consolidated notes include:

• Lead Notes – created in the Lead Notes view.

• Lead Activity Notes – created in the Lead Activity->Activity Note view.

The following fields are available on the Lead Notes - Consolidated view and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:

Note: Because the Lead Notes-Consolidated view gives you the ability to review the various note types that exist for one or more Leads, you cannot edit any of the fields on this view. You must return to the original Note Type to add, modify or delete any of the Notes from this view.

• Company - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all records.

• Lead Key - displays the Lead Key assigned to the Lead upon the creation of a new record in the Lead Master.

• Note Number - displays the system generated Note Number.

• Activity Key - displays the system generated Activity Key.

• Note Type - displays the Note Type for the record. Valid Note Types include:
  • Activity Note
  • Lead Note

• Lead Name - displays the Lead Name assigned to the lead.

• Note Text - displays the Text entered for the note.

• Creator - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when the record was created.

• Date/Time Created - displays the date and time at which the note was created.

• Modifier - displays the user id of the person that last updated the recode.

• Last Change - displays the date and time that the note was last modified.

Leads Notes - Consolidated - Details Page

The following list defines every field in the Details page:

• In the Main Context section, the Company, Lead Key, Note Number and Date/time Created displays as reference information for the detail record you are viewing.

• In the General section:
  • Activity Key - displays the Activity Key if the Note Type is a Lead Activity Note.

  • Note Type - displays the Type of note entered. Valid Note Types include:
    • Activity - Activity Notes
    • Lead - Lead Notes

  • CRM Note Category - displays the CRM Note Category assigned to the note.

  • Note Text - displays the text entered for the note.

• In the System section:
  • Creator - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when the record was created.

  • Modifier - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when this record was last updated.

  • Last Change - displays the date and time at which the record was last updated.
