Customer Change Log Query (SUCULOG)
The Customer Change log view allows you to track changes to key CRM fields from the Customer Master (SU13) table (SUCU file). The key fields are:
- Account Type
- Sales Status
- Sales Stage
- Projected Close Date
- Probability Percentage
The Customer Change Log applies to both Customers and Prospects. The system tracks the values of these CRM fields and when the fields are updated, the system logs the "old" value and displays both the "old" and "new" values in this view.
This view also displays the ID of the UMS User that made the last change along with the date and time of the change.
The following fields are available on the Customer Change Log view and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:
Note: You cannot edit any of the fields on the Customer Change Log Search Criteria/Grid page or on the Details page.
