Customer/Prospect Pipeline (SUCU.CUST_PROS_P)
 
 
  
The  Customer/Prospect Pipeline view allows you to view the detail for Potential Sales generated from the data entered in the Customer Master (SU13) view for both customers and prospects. 
 
	 
		- This view is based on the following CRM fields in SU13: ‘Projected Close’, ‘Probability %’ and ‘Potential Sales $’. 
    
		  - This view is sorted by 'Account Type' by 'Close Date Fiscal Year' by 'Close Date Fiscal Period'. 
		
		  - The subtotals for the 'Potential Sales $' are displayed for each Account Type.  
		
		  - A grand total displays for all Account Types.
		
		  - Note: This view has a permanent restriction in the Account Status field: you cannot select records for Customers that are ready to be deleted.
	
  
Tip: We suggest that you search for specific data since not all customers/prospects contain valid information for this view. To limit data to only those records that contain relevant information you can enter <> 0.00 in the 'Potential Sales $' search criteria field so that only records with a value greater than 0 display in the Search Results grid.
 
The following fields are available on the Customer/Prospect Pipeline view and are based on the order in which they appear in the search results grid page: 
 
	 
		- Company Number - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all records.		
		
      - Close Date Fiscal Year - displays the Fiscal Year derived from the 'Projected Close Date' entered in the Customer Master(SU13) view. 
    
      - Close Date Fiscal Month - displays the Fiscal Month derived from the 'Projected Close Date' entered in the Customer Master(SU13) view. 
    
	    - Customer Code - displays the Customer Code.
    
      - Customer Name - displays the Customer/Prospect name associated with the Customer Code.
    
         
      - Account Type - displays the type of account assigned to the account. This field displays one of the following:
    
    	 
    
      - Sales Stage - displays the Sales Stage assigned to the account.
		
      - Projected Close Date - displays the Projected Close Date from the Customer Master view.
		
			
      - Potential Sales $ - displays the Potential Sales dollars that the account could generate from the Customer Master view.
    
      - Probability %-Account - displays the value entered in the Probability %-Account field from the Customer Master view.
    
      - Initial Campaign - displays the Campaign that initially prompted the potential sale.
    
      - Initial Trade Show - displays the Trade Show that initially prompted the potential sale.
