When you click on the View Record Details icon Detail for a specific record on the Trade Show Analysis Closed-Detail Search Results Grid page, the Trade Show Analysis Closed-Detail/ Detail page opens for that record.

The following list defines every field on the the Lead Pipeline/Details page:

  • In the Main Context section, the Company number, Trade Show Code, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Account Type and Customer Code display as reference information for the detail record you are viewing.

  • The Customer Information section contains the Customer Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, Postal/Zip Code, Province/State fields

  • The Trade Show Location section contains the Address 1, Address 2, Address Postal/Zip Code, State/Province, Country, Trade Show Contact, Telephone Number and Email fields.

  • The Trade Show Manager section contains the Trade Show Manager, Manager Emai and Manger Telephone fields.

  • The Misc Trade Show Information section contains the Start Date, End Date, Last Date to Order, Cost and Expected Revenue fields.

  • The Documents and URLs section contains the Published Document, Trade Show Website and Work in Progress Document fields.

  • There are also several Related links located at the bottom of the Details page that display further information about the invoice. They are as follows:

    • Header(IN45)
    • Products(IN45)
    • Supplementary Charges(IN45)
    • Comments(IN45)
    • Taxes
    • Shipment Information(IN45)
