CRM Teams (CRMTEAM)
The CRM Teams view maintains CRM Team records, for example you may have teams based on regional divisions or territories. The CRM Teams are applied to Customers, Prospects and/or Leads in the CRM Team field on the Details page of the following views:
- Customer Master (SU13)
- Customer Master (SU13)-Quick Entry
- Lead Master-Complete Entry
- Lead Master-Quick Entry
Note: The ability to create and update information in the CRM Teams view is controlled by the permissions (create, read, update and delete) assigned to the resource within the role. This help topic assumes that you have the appropriate permissions to create and update records in the CRM Teams view. For more information, see Role Master-Permissions. |
You can edit the CRM Teams information in either the Search Criteria/Grid page, in the grid section, or on the Details page.
The following fields are available on the CRM Teams and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:
- Company - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all CRM Teams records. This field cannot be edited.
- Teams - displays a short description of the CRM Team. This field cannot be edited.
- Description - displays a full description of the CRM Team. You can enter a maximum of 128 alpha numeric characters in this field. You can edit this field as required.
- Details - displays the Details associated with the CRM Team. You can enter a maximum of 2048 characters in this field. You can edit this field as required. This field is an optional field.
