CRM Sales Stage (CRMSALSTG)
The CRM Sales Stage view maintains Sales Stage records, for example 'assigned', 'in progress', 'product demo', etc. The Sales Stage records are applied Customer, Prospects and/or Leads in the Sales Stage field on the Details page of the following views:
- Customer Master (SU13)
- Customer Master (SU13)-Quick Entry
- Lead Master-Complete Entry
- Lead Master-Quick Entry
Note: The ability to create and update information in the CRM Sales Stage view is controlled by the permissions (create, read, update and delete) assigned to the resource within the role. This help topic assumes that you have the appropriate permissions to create and update records in the CRM Sales Stage view. For more information, see Role Master-Permissions. |
You can edit the CRM Sales Stage information in either the Search Criteria/Grid page, in the grid section, or on the Details page. Simply double click n the field in the grid, or edit directly in the field on the Details page.
The following fields are available on the CRM Sales Stage and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:
- Company - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all CRM Sales Stage records. This field cannot be edited.
- Sales Stage - displays a short description for the Sales Stage. This field cannot be edited.
- Sales Stage Description - displays a full description of the CRM Sales Stage. You can enter a maximum of 30 alpha numeric characters in this field. You can edit this field as required.
