CRM Trade Show

The Lead Trade Show maintains the Trade Shows for each Lead. With the Trade Show code associated to an Lead record, you can create lists and compile statistics on the Leads involved in your Trade Shows. The Trade Shows are maintained in the CRM Trade Show view.

Note: The ability to create and update information in the Lead Trade Show view is controlled by the permissions (create, read, update and delete) assigned to the resource within the role. This help topic assumes that you have the appropriate permissions to create and update records in the Lead Trade Show view. For more information, see Role Master-Permissions.

You can edit the Lead Trade Show information in either the Search Criteria/Grid page, in the grid section, or on the Details page.

The following fields are available on the Lead Trade Show view and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:

  • Company - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all Lead Trade Show records. This field cannot be edited.

  • Lead Key - display the system generated Lead Key assigned to the Lead. This field cannot be edited.

  • Lead Name - displays the Lead Name associated with the Lead Key. This field cannot be edited.

  • Trade Show - displays the Trade Show assigned to the Lead when the Lead Trade Show record was created. This field cannot be edited.

  • Trade Show Description - displays the Description assigned to the Trade Show through the CRM Trade Show view. This field cannot be edited.

  • Contact - displays the Contact assigned to the record when the Lead Trade Show was created. You can enter a maximum of 30 alpha numeric characters in this field. You can edit this field as required.

  • Telephone Numbers - displays the Contact's Telephone Numbers assigned to record when the Lead Trade Show was created. You can enter a maximum of 20 alpha numeric characters in this field. You can edit this field as required.

  • Email Address - displays the Email Address associated with the Contact. You can enter a maximum of 128 alpha numeric characters in this field. You can edit this field as required.

  • Account Manager - displays the Account Manager assigned to the Lead in the Lead Master view. This field cannot be edited.

  • Trade Show Manager - displays the Trade Show Manager assigned to the Trade Show through the CRM Trade Show view. This field cannot be edited.

  • Trade Show Contact - displays the Trade Show Contact assigned to the Trade Show through the CRM Trade Show view. This field cannot be edited.
