Lead Activity Notes - Review (CRMLEADACTNOT)

 
The Lead Activity Note - Review view displays a listing of Lead Activity Notes for all Leads. The information contained in this view is for information purposes only and cannot be edited.

• Lead Activity Notes are created through the Lead Activity view.

• The Activity Notes-Review view allows you to access the Lead Activity Notes from the menu without going through the Account Activity view.

The following fields are available on the Lead Activity Notes - Review view and are based on the order in which they appear in the grid on the search page:

Note: You cannot edit any of the fields on the Search Criteria/Grid page or on the Details page.

• Company - every record in the PointForce iTopia SQL database includes the Company Number. When reviewing the results from your search, the Company Number will display for all Lead Activity Note records.

• Lead Name - displays the full Lead name.

• CRM Note Category - displays the CRM Note Category entered when the Activity Note was created.

• Note Text - displays a portion of the Note Text entered for the activity.

• Note Number - displays the system generated Activity Note number.

Activity Note Review - Details Page

The following list defines every field in the Details page:

Note: You cannot edit any of the fields on the Details page.

• In the Main Context section, the Company Number, Note Number, Activity Key and Lead Key display as reference information for the detail record you are viewing.

• In the General Info section:
  • Lead Name - displays the Lead Name assigned to the activity.

  • CRM Note Category - displays the CRM Note Category entered when the Lead Activity Note was created.

  • Note Text - displays the Note Text entered for the activity.

• In the System section:
  • Creator - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when the record was created.

  • Date/Time Created - displays the date and time at which the record was created.

  • Modifier - displays the user id of the user logged into the system when this record was last updated.

  • Last Change - displays the date and time at which the record was last updated.
